I took a cheap mini rose from the market, some topiaried rosemary trees, mini arbor, bench and picket fence and created a miniature rose garden!

Since I added a second level to the whole back span of my yard, I needed to put in short retaining walls. I'm a "double duty designer" so this wall is also a built-in bench. Firepit is a family favorite. Smores!

The area that used to be all lawn and weeds is now a multi level yard. This is the bottom level with a small patch of lawn, bamboo, kangaroo paws, lavender and a place to sit and enjoy the hummingbirds dance.

I like to put my dwarf fruit trees in containers and place them in the garden bed. The pots elevate the plants so that the lower branches don't touch the ground and adds presence to the tree.
